All employees will perform their jobs properly in accordance with established procedures. No job is so important or urgent that we cannot take the time to perform our work safely. Everyone has the responsibility to protect his/her health and safety and the health and safety of their fellow workers. The management and owners of Dallan are committed to operating and maintaining a progressive and proactive health and safety program.

The program will include, but not limited to:

1. A Joint Health and Safety Committee meeting regularly to review and oversee safe work

    practices.

2. Training, inspections and open communication.

 

3. Audit procedures to evaluate our progress.

Our program will require the involvement and commitment of all employees, both management and labor. Suggestions are encouraged and any means to improve health and safety will be considered for implementation.
